Signing ceremony and guest lecture of Cambodian delegation

10.18. 2019 the guests from Cambodia had signing ceremony between School of International Relations and Public Administration (SIRPA), National University of Mongolia (NUM) with Mean Chey University, Cambodia. During the signing ceremony SIRPA, NUM represented by Prof.  Dr. Battulga Sukhee, Dean of  SIRPA, NUM and Mean Chey University, Cambodia represented by Prof. Dr. Sam Nga, Rector of the Mean Chey University, Cambodia. The September last month Prof. Dr. Battulga Sukhee, and Prof. Dr. Burmaa, Head of the Department of Public Administration SIRPA, NUM paid official visit to Mean Chey University, Cambodia. This time return visit Mean Chey University headed by Prof. Dr. Sam Nga. Both universities agreed to expand the cooperation between Department of Public Administration, SIRPA, NUM and Mean Chey University. The ceremony is attended by members of Department of Public Administration SIRPA, delegates of Cambodia, and students.

After the signing ceremony members of Cambodian delegation H.E Mr. Ly Sary, Deputy Governor Banteay Meanchey province of Cambodia, Prof. Dr. Sam Nga and Mr. Saoleng Chheng, RED IV, GIZ Cambodia gave guest lecture under the title “Public Administration of Local Government in Cambodia “Subnational Administrations (SNAs)” to students of SIRPA.  They talked about the structure of local governments of Cambodia, its feature and public administration reform in Cambodia. The guest lecture followed by students’ questions. The students asked many  interesting questions about the Cambodian civil war and its effects, local government and democratic reforms.
