International culture day event, with the purpose of improving relationship between foreign students and Mongolian students majoring in foreign languages, regional study, improving Mongolian language and foreign language skills, and promoting the history and culture of various countries has been successfully organized this Friday at A hall.
More than 70 students from 10 countries such as Laos, South Korea, China, Russia, Hungary, Thailand, America, Taiwan, Japan, and Turkey participated in the event, presented traditional cuisine and cultural performance.
Dr. M.Erdenechimeg, Head of the Student and Alumni Affairs Office, officially opened the event and introduced the purpose and significance of the event, and wished all foreign students success in their studies and work.
Foreign students studying at NUM within Intergovernmental Agreement and Student Exchange Agreement, as well as students of Japanese, Korean and Great Britain Studies from the School of Art and Sciences, members of the Student Council of School of Art and Sciences and members of the Talented Student Club took an active part in the event, introduced the culture of the country, and presented a traditional cultural performances.
