The 2026 Fall 2+2 International Dual Degree Program (IDDP) at Jeonbuk National University is conducted under the Dual Degree Cooperation Agreement with the National University of Mongolia.
The program is open to NUM students who are currently in their 4th semester (second year) and interested in continuing their studies at JBNU under the 2+2 dual degree framework.
General information about IDDP
International Dual Degree Program (IDDP) Period at JBNU:
- The regular IDDP period is 2 years. If IDDP students are unable to complete the required credits for graduation within the above period, he/she can extend the period.
- The entire enrollment period cannot exceed twice the regular IDDP period. In other words, IDDP students must graduate within 4 years.
- It is strongly recommended for students to follow the course major of their home university.
Eligibility:
- Students who have completed 2 years(4 semesters) at home university
- Students with an TOPIK certificate of Grade 4 or higher
- Students with the home university president’s recommendation
Scholarships
- IDDP Scholarships
Full tuition and dormitory fee will be waived during the regular IDDP period (4 semesters) up to 5 students per each year. If there are more than five applicants, students other than five who receive scholarships must pay the full tuition.
※ Student must obtain TOPIK Grade 4 or higher certification, apply for student health insurance, and maintain a GPA of 2.75 or higher to be eligible for the forementioned all scholarships.

※ All documents must be written in Korean or English, except for the Study Plan (Korean)
※ Any documents written in a language other than Korean or English must be translated into Korean or English.
※ All documents must be submitted before June 12th, 2026.

- Study Plan (Form Attached, in Korean Language Handwriting only )
- Letter of Recommendation from Home University (Signed by President or Head of International Affairs)
- Letter of Recommendation from a professor of the applicant’s department
- Certificate of Enrollment
- Authentication about the Certificate of Enrollment: Apostille or Verification from Korean Embassy
- Official Transcript
- High school Graduation Certificate: Apostille or Verification from Korean Embassy
- Certificate of Korean Language Proficiency (TOPIK) Grade 4 or higher
- If submission is not possible within the application deadline (June 12, 2026), the submission period can be extended until June 25, 2026(Thu), when the PBT 106th test results are released and July 3, 2026(Fri), when the IBT 13th test results are released.
- Photocopy of Passport
- 2 visa photos (3.5cm×4.5cm) – Please write your name on the back.
- Affidavit of Financial Support (Affidavit of Financial Support нэртэй файл оруулна уу)
