Archaeology of Lower Valley Bussento Project
The Association Etruria Nova, under the technical direction of the Superintendent of Cultural
Heritage in Campania, and in collaboration with the Council of Santa Marina, presents the Third
International Archaeological Research Season at Policastro Busentino, open to archaeology
students, archaeologists and anyone interested in gaining experience in archaeological fieldwork
THE SEASON WILL INCLUDE THE CONTINUATION OF THE EXCAVATION IN A URBAN SETTLEMENT OF THE ROMAN – POST MEDIEVAL AGE DISCOVERED IN THE MODERN TOWN.
Participation fees*:
1 week – 180 Euro
2 weeks – 350 Euro
3 weeks – 530 Euro
Etruria Nova card
(annual membership is obligatory):
25 Euro (ordinary membership)
*The price includes accommodation, food, transfer by car/minibus between the accommodation and Policastro railway station at fixed hours, transport to the excavation sites and on excursions. More information are included in the “General Guide” downloadable from the Association’s website.
