It is our great pleasure to inform you of the International Exchange Student Program 2015 at Senshu University. This International One-Year Exchange Student Program contributes to mutual understanding between National University of Mongolia and Senshu University.
Senshu University provides this program for exchange students and happy to welcome the students of NUM to arrive either in April and September. Both undergraduate and graduate student can apply for the program.
Qualification
1. Students must be enrolled in a regular course of study at NUM until the conclusion of this International One-Year Exchange Student Program.
3. Students must be highly motivated with excellent academic records at their home university.
4. Students should have clear study plans in any field available at Senshu University. How they will benefit from time studying in Japan shall be included in their study plans.

5. Students must have completed at least 12 years of school education or equivalent in countries other than Japan.

Application Materials
To apply for the International One-Year Exchange Program 2015, the following materials are needed:
1. Application for International One-Year Exchange Students 2015 application_form
2. Detailed study plan at Senshu University (basically in Japanese) study_plan
3. Official transcript from your university
4. Certificate of university diploma, or of university degree (if applicable)
5. Certificate of enrollment at your university
6. Evidence of his/her Japanese language proficiency to keep up with the university courses
Photocopy of the evidence of the applicant’s Japanese and/or English language proficiency (ex. TOEFL, TOEIC, Japanese record of Language Proficiency Test, record of Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students, etc.)
7. Japanese Placement Test
8. 4 pictures (4.5 cm×3.5 cm)
9. Pledge to Senshu University Pledge_Exchange_Students
11. Certificate of Health (to be completed in English or Japanese) * health_certificate
