Application Materials
To apply for the International One-Year Exchange Program 2012, the following materials are needed:
1. Application for International One-Year Exchange Students 2012*
2. Detailed study plan at Senshu University (basically in Japanese) *
3. Official letter of recommendation from your university
4. Official transcript from your university
5. Certificate of university diploma, or of university degree (if applicable)
6. Certificate of enrollment at your university
7. Evidence of his/her Japanese language proficiency to keep up with the university courses
Photocopy of the evidence of the applicant’s Japanese and/or English language
proficiency (ex. TOEFL, TOEIC, Japanese record of Language Proficiency Test, record
of Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students, etc.)
8. Japanese Placement Test
9. 5 pictures (4.5 cm×3.5 cm)
10. Pledge to Senshu University*
11. Certificate of Health (to be completed in English or Japanese) *
