The School for International Relations and Public Administration of the National University of Mongolia cooperation with the GIZ, IMRI and Coventry University of United Kingdom organized workshop titled under “Trust as fundamental Concept of Leadership” conducted by Prof. Dr Mike Hardy on December 03, 2015 at Beijing Hall of Shangri-La Hotel, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The workshop participants were made up of professors and teachers from the School of International Relations and Public Administration, School of Business of NUM, Law Enforcement University, and officers of State Parliament Research Department and researchers of GIZ.
Prof. Dr. Mike Hardy pointed out the importance of “trust” in leadership in all areas of life. The participants asked various questions from Professor and had anfruitful interesting discussion on the topic of trust. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Prof. Dr. Mike Hardy for conducting and to Dr. Dr. h.c. Stefan Hanselmann for hosting this workshop. Furthermore, it is our pleasure to share the news that Coventry University named “University of the Year” by Times Higher Education magazine and we would like to congratulate Prof. Dr. Mike Hardy for this tremendous achievement. At last, we hope to see Professor Mike Hardy again in future meetings for his inspiring lecture.
