The School of International Relations and Public Administration (SIRPA) of National University of Mongolia (NUM) held the solemn ceremony of the conferment of the Doctor Honoris Causa degree on Professor Dr. Jan Ziekow, Director of German Research Institute for Public Administration. The ceremony held on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 5:00 pm at the 6th floor lecture hall, Building V of National University of Mongolia. The ceremony was opened by Prof. Dr. Battulga.S Director of SIRPA and followed by the introduction about Prof. Dr. Jan Ziekow by Prof. Dr. Burmaa.N Head of Public Administration department, SIRPA, NUM who highlighted Prof. Dr. Jan Ziekow’s extraordinary dedication and outstanding scientific contribution to the academic and institutional development of Department of Public Administration of SIRPA of NUM. After the Doctor Honoris Causa conferment ceremony had been performed by Prof. Dr. Battulga.S, Prof. Dr, Altantsetseg.N, and Prof. Dr. Sanjmyatav.B of SIRPA, Prof. Dr. Jan Ziekow thanked for the bestowed high honour and gave his honorary academic lecture to the audience.
