The Capacity Development of the Department of Public Administration, SIRPA, NUM is two-year project funded by KOICA. The project partners are Hansung University, South Korea and National University of Mongolia. Expected outcomes of the project are to improve the academic quality and its effectiveness by developing the capacity of Department of Public Administration human resource. The Cyber Education Center is part of the project and has officially opened on August 25, 2016. The first G-class /Global class/ between the National University of Mongolia and Hansung University, South Korea was held on October 05, 2016, 14:20 to 16:00 at Cyber Education Center, Classroom 303 of Building 5, NUM. G-class is an interactive, high-definition, livestreamed class of people from around the world. A common topic is chosen and resources are distributed to the students in advance of the class. The topic of the first G-class was “E-government” and taught by Prof. Dr. Jung Jin-taek of Hansung University in English. Participants of G-class were Prof. Dr. Battulga, S, Dean of SIRPA and Ms. Enkhbayar G, Head of Academic Affairs, lecturers and students of Public Administration Department. During the fall semester of 2016-2017 academic years, two G-classes will be held on the topic of “Public Administration theory” and “E-government.” We would like to express our special gratitude to Prof. Dr. Munkhbat O, Vice president of NUM for making this project possible.
