In the framework of National University of Mongolia and Hansung University, Republic of Korea cooperation, supported by KOICA, Prof. Dr. SEONG-UH LEE has been working at Public Administration Department since August 15th, 2017 and will be lecturing the first lesson of Introduction of Public Administration course on September 8th. Prof. Dr. SEONG-UH LEE is Professor of Hansung University, Department of Public Administration and received his Ph.D. from UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA, U.S.A. He specialized in Public Policy and Management and worked as President of Graduate School of Public Administration; Director of the Graduate School; Chairperson of the Department of Public Administration at Hansung University. Also, he worked as Senior Researcher at the Korea Institute of Public Administration, and Legislative Researcher at Korea National Assembly. Prof. Dr. SEONG-UH LEE received “Medal of Public Service” in 2012 from the Government of Republic of Korea. His research focus as follows: Public Policy Making Process, Public Policy Analysis, Design of Regulatory Mechanisms and Institutions and Modern Democracy and Electronic Government. We hope that our students learn a lot from Prof. Dr. SEONG-UH LEE’s lecture and Colleagues of Public Administration Department, NUM will share professional and pedagogical experience in the field of Public Policy.
