The School of International Relations and Public Administration, National University of Mongolia and the German Research Institute for Public Administration, Speyer, Germany have concluded a cooperation agreement on 10th October, 2018 for 5-years. The German Research Institute for Public Administration sets benchmarks within German, European, and international research and consultation in the field of administrative sciences. The institute is unique in Germany and sustained by both federal and municipal government.
Since the Public Administration Department has been established at the National University of Mongolia in 2011, a cooperation with the German Research Institute for Public Administration have been implemented and strengthened through-out the years.
The director of the German Research Institute for Public Administration Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Jan Ziekow and Prof. Dr. Battulga Sukhee, Dean of School of International Relations and Public Administration, National University of Mongolia have signed the cooperation agreement. The cooperation shall be focused on realization of joint research, conferences and academic meetings; the organisation of public lectures; knowledge exchange and professional consultation; the development of collaborative research projects; the exchange of research personnel; the exchange of publications and other materials of common interest; and the organization of an annual “Research Day”.
We hope that the cooperation between the SIRPA, NUM and the German Research Institute for Public Administration will be effective and fruitful in future years.
