On April 12th 2021, the Department of Public Administration, SIRPA, NUM had a constructive meeting with representatives from the U.S. Embassy. The U.S. Embassy was represented by Robert Tate, Head of the Public Affairs Office along with other embassy staff members who were present at the meeting.
The meeting mainly focused on future cooperation and the activities related with the 10th anniversary of the Department of Public Administration. Both parties expressed their strong interest in continued cooperation. The meeting was the second such meeting between the two parties. The first meeting was held on March 29th 2021.
The Department of Public Administration is looking forward to another meeting in the near future. Furthermore, it is planned that U.S. Ambassador Michael S. Klecheski will give an online guest lecture to the Public Administration program students this Thursday, April 15th, 2021.
