Invitation of Public Administration Department SIRPA, NUM Prof. Dr. Holger Mühlenkamp, Rektor of the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer and Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Andreas Knorr visited March 26-29 and held following official meetings:
- Meeting with Prof. Dr. Ochirkhuyag Baldorj, Vice president of NUM Responsible for research and cooperation
- Meeting with Dr. Tsedendamba Samdan, member of Mongolian Civil Service
- Meeting with Ms. Beate Trankman, permanent representative of UN in Mongolia
These meetings discussed the improving the curriculum for educating future civil servants of Mongolia, Legislation related to public sector reforms, capacity building of civil servants, and a project implemented jointly by international organizations with government organizations of Mongolia. The two professors shared their ideas, and agreeing to cooperate on some areas.
