Public Administration Department, SIRPA is truly honoured to host U.S. Ambassador to Mongolia H.E. Mr. Michael S. Klecheski for the first guest lecture at the start of a new academic year 2021-2022. U.S. Ambassador to Mongolia H.E. Mr. Michael S. Klecheski will deliver an online lecture to the students of the second year of SIRPA on September 03, 2021. This is U.S. Ambassador to Mongolia H.E. Mr. Michael S. Klecheski’s third lecture to the SIRPA public administration students and his lecture will focus on the public administration in United States and how U.S. government and state department experience transitions.
